Coconut and lychee sorbet

Coconut and lychee sorbet
The meat from two young coconuts and a can of lychee went into this coconut and lychee sorbet. Dairy-free but it scoops like ice cream. A lovely summer snack or dessert.

Crepes with apples and salted dulce de leche

Crepes with apples and salted dulce de leche
There are three stages in making this dish. Caramelizing the apples, making the salted caramel and cooking the crepes. You can do them in any order but since I cooked the apples in the pan before I made the crepes, that is how the recipe is written.
Cook time: 20 minutes minutes
Servings: 5 crepes
