Recipes with pork

Pork spare ribs braised in soda

Pork spare ribs braised in soda

I’d call it 7-Up pork ribs but Sprite was used here. Almost any soda drink can be substituted but I find that the citrusy ones are best for marinating and / or braising meat.
Cook time: 1 hour hour 45 minutes minutes
Servings: 6 people
Fast and easy cheesy bacon fries

Fast and easy cheesy bacon fries

Frozen fries from the grocery are cooked in the air fryer then smothered with cheese sauce, browned crispy bacon and thinly sliced scallions. Serve as a family snack or as finger food to go with cocktail drinks.
Cook time: 20 minutes minutes

Pork adobo hash

Pork adobo hash

If you’ve ever eaten canned corned beef hash, and liked the salty meat and potato combo, you will adore this dish.
Think of it as crispy adobo flakes tossed with French fries. Leftover pork adobo is shredded, mixed with chopped onion and fried with potatoes until lightly crisp.
Serve with rice (or bread). Enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Cook time: 20 minutes minutes
Servings: 4 people
Ground pork and vegetable curry over rice

Ground pork and vegetable curry

When pressed for time to prepare a meal, there’s no reason to scrimp on flavor and nutrients. Ground meat and vegetables cut into small pieces take only a short time to cook.
Cook time: 15 minutes minutes
Servings: 3 people
Crispy ham and cheese bread rolls

Crispy ham and cheese bread rolls

Trimmed and flattened bread slices are filled with ham and cheese, rolled, dipped in egg, covered with panko and deep fried for ten seconds. A fast and lovely snack to put you in a good mood.
